WINE AND GOURMET CLUBS
Numerous wine- and gourmet clubs have already paid Cascina Desderi a visit. A typical program for a wine club would be a long weekend from Thursday to Monday, offering three full days to explore the region. You will be experiencing wine production first hand with in-depth explanations from pruning to bottling, visits to 4-5 different wineries, a barrel maker and wine areas such as Asti and Aba, Barbersco and Barolo, Calamandrand and Canelli. A cooking class in the Desderi gourmet kitchen is a fun experience, while we can recommend a list of local restaurants that will tease your palate.
